This is the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. All the food is made in house and is of the highest quality.
I thought I knew what good Chinese food was until I ate here. If you are within an hour of this place and you love Chinese food, the trip will be totally worth your time.

Coming from San Francisco bay area to small town, Saratoga Spring, for a business trip, and after two days of business meals, I wanted to have a Chinese food for dinner. Well, I really didnt expect much on authentic Chinese food. After searching and looking at menus of each restautants that came up in this area, the Chow-Fun on the menu attracted me. So I ordered a Spicy Singapore Chow-Fun, it came out not only "looks good", it is also spicy enough anf tasted good! I am full and happy

I was so happy they delivered to our hotel a few miles away. I was in town with my kids and needed a place to deliver. The food lived up to the reviews! It is really good Chinese food and delivery was fast.

This place has been around at this location for a while- still the same family ownership, but a name change. In the past it was not bad, but nothing spectacular. This lunch was above average, and if it continues so I'll raise the rating a star. Still unremarkable dishes but well cooked- there is an air of home cooking in some of the dishes- which would explain the presence of some rather big chunks of bone in an otherwise very tasty dish of grilled pork with peppers and onions. Their version of Crab Rangoon is little dabs of flavored cheese in bite sized folds of thin wonton skin, crisp and brittle rather than huge soggy pillows. The green beans were perfectly done- soft but not mushy. They've improved & might get better yet.
